These Terms of Service govern access to judold.shop and purchases made through the website.
By using the website or placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
1. Store Information

The sales contract is concluded between judold.shop and the customer. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of the products offered by judold.shop.
2. Eligibility
Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract or act with the authorization of a legal representative.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are displayed on the applicable product page.
Customers should review product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, variants, care instructions, and restrictions before ordering.
Product photographs are provided to present the products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences caused by lighting or screen settings do not affect the customer’s rights when a product is materially different from its contractual description.
4. Prices
The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is placed.
For sales directed to consumers in France, prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes unless another presentation is clearly permitted and explained before purchase.
Standard shipping is free.
The complete price and any mandatory additional charges will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
5. Order Process
Before confirming an order, the customer can:
- Review the selected products.
- Review the total price.
- Check the delivery information.
- Correct input errors.
The final order confirmation creates an obligation to pay.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The sales contract is formed when the order is accepted and confirmed by judold.shop.
6. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. The unavailable product will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another solution.
7. Order Refusal or Cancellation
judold.shop may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:
- Suspected fraud.
- Unauthorized payment.
- Incorrect customer information.
- Product unavailability.
- A clear and obvious pricing error.
- Legal or delivery restrictions.
- Misuse of the website.
If payment has already been collected and there is no lawful reason to retain it, the applicable amount will be refunded.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment is due when the order is confirmed. Payment transactions may be processed by independent payment providers that apply their own security procedures and terms.
Customers must not use a payment method without authorization from its owner.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is free.
The estimated delivery timeframe is 15 to 20 calendar days from the order confirmation date unless a different date or timeframe is clearly displayed and accepted before payment.
When a carrier offered by judold.shop is used, judold.shop remains responsible for proper delivery. The risk of loss or damage normally passes to a consumer only when the consumer or an authorized third party physically receives the product.

10. Delivery Delays
If an order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, the consumer may request delivery within a reasonable additional period.
If delivery does not occur within that additional period, the consumer may terminate the contract in accordance with applicable law.
When the delivery date was an essential condition of the purchase or judold.shop refuses to deliver, the consumer may be entitled to terminate the contract without providing an additional period.
Amounts due following lawful termination will be refunded within the legally required period.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receiving a product to notify judold.shop of their decision to withdraw from the purchase.
After notification, the products must be returned within 14 calendar days.

12. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery of a product.
If a product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may request repair or replacement without charge, subject to applicable legal conditions. The product must be brought into conformity within a reasonable period that cannot exceed 30 days.
When repair or replacement is impossible, refused, excessively delayed, or causes a major inconvenience, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
These rights apply independently of any optional commercial warranty.
13. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
Consumers also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
When the legal requirements are satisfied, the customer may return the product for a refund or keep the product and request a reduction in price. A claim must generally be made within two years after discovering the hidden defect.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

- Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Introduce viruses or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
- Interfere with website security or operation.
- Collect information about other users without authorization.
- Copy or exploit website content in violation of intellectual property rights.
- Place fraudulent orders or provide false information.
17. Intellectual Property
The website’s text, photographs, graphics, logos, visual elements, software, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by law, content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior authorization.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. judold.shop is not responsible for independent websites or services it does not control.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability relating to mandatory consumer rights, defective products, fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.
Subject to these protections, judold.shop is not responsible for losses directly caused by improper use of a product, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or events reasonably beyond its control.
20. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure caused by an event legally recognized as force majeure.
The affected party will inform the other party as soon as reasonably possible. Mandatory consumer rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on judold.shop.

22. Changes to These Terms
The Terms applying to an order are the Terms accepted when that order is confirmed.
Later changes apply only to future orders unless a change is legally required or expressly agreed by both parties.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
Customers should first submit a written complaint to info@judold.shop so that an amicable solution can be attempted.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, the consumer may use the consumer mediation service designated by the seller and may bring a claim before a competent court under applicable jurisdiction rules.
